Tobias Wothge Network and cybersecurity enthusiast

Hello, visitor!

Panorama of Marienplatz

My name is Tobias Wothge and I’m a 23-year-old student studying computer science at the Technical University of Munich (TUM). I’m living in a northern suburb of Munich in the beautiful state of Bavaria, Germany. Computer networks and cybersecurity topics are of my primary interest and mostly fill up my free time. When I’m not studying any computer science topic, I am probably watching some movie or series on Netflix or listening to some music on my favorite streaming service.

In the fall of 2018, I started my bachelor’s degree in computer science at TUM which I finished three years later in late 2021. Since spring 2022 I’m studying computer science as a Master’s student and expect to graduate from it in summer 2024. Alongside my studies, I work for the company INCYDE as an IT/OT-Security expert in the railway sector. In this company, I am developing a tool for creating attack graphs with draw.io and am part of the EULYNX security cluster for standardizing the security of signaling systems in the railway sector on a European level.
